HOW TO SET VIRTUAL MEMORY IN WINDOWS XP | VISTA | SEVEN

Sometimes your RAM is less (say 512MB or 1GB) then you have to suffer with slow speed PC experience. Today I am going to tell you how to improve the PC speed by increasing the amount of system Page file.
Page file is the Virtual Memory
that is used by Windows operating system when the RAM is fully used. Their for Page file is the just as like your RAM.

There is interesting  trick for all of you about how to increase your system RAM memory by using system page file.

You have to follow the steps as write. I also capture the screen shot's for your ease.

1.Go to Start then right click My Computer and then Properties.




2.Go to Advanced tab, then under Performance tab click settings.



3.Now Click on Advanced tab and under Virtual Memory,click Change.



4.Now select any of your computer drive which have enough free space(APPROX. 3gb).

Select the System Managed size radio button and then click on set button.

 


Then click OK, then click Apply and OK, then again OK.

Know restart your computer.
